Executive Director, Raising the Floor International
Eva de Lera is an idea and concept developer, innovation strategist, and advisor focused on applying her diverse, multi-disciplinary background to help steer change in organizations interested in improving people's lives. Her work and research focuses on emotions/psychology, education, design, and technology. She is also a serial entrepreneur and an artist. Eva currently serves as the Executive Director of Raising the Floor International, on the Advisory Board of the Doug Engelbart Institute, and at Sekg.
